The first commercial orders will be delivered in 2021 and we need to strengthen our Field Operations team with motivated and talented people who thrives in an international environment, fully embracing the challenges of establishing a world class delivery organisation in the renewable energy sector.

Therefore, we now offer exciting opportunities for experienced Specialists/Automation Engineers to develop and manage the commissioning and start-up of Azelio systems worldwide.

As a Commissioning and Start-up Specialist you will be involved in developing systems and methods, planning and executing of related work activities, documenting and handing over systems. You will work closely with the Azelio Product Delivery team, clients, local partners and sub-contractors.

We need you who has passion and experience to drive these tasks, whilst being collaborative and pragmatic in the day-to-day business.

Your position

You will be responsible for commissioning and start-up of Azelio Products at foreign sites worldwide.

• Planning, co-ordination and safe execution of Azelio work scope.
• Client communications related to commissioning and start-up.
• Ensure relevant documentation is in place prior start of work on new site.
• Set-up and commissioning of Electrical Installations, Communication Systems, Control Systems and Power Electronics.
• Typical activities related to start of system; running start-up sequences according to check lists, verify different operational modes, communication with client Energy Management System (EMS) and remote monitoring.
• Documentation, follow-up and reporting.
• Transfer of lessons learned back to organisation.

You will also be an integral part in the strive of making Azelio a world class organisation and preferred supplier within the renewable energy sector.

• Ensure work is conducted in accordance with the company's quality, environment and safety system (HSEQ)
• Ensure that changes and deviations are dealt with according to company guidelines
• Ensure that order specific lessons learned are well received and processed by relevant parts of the organisation.
• Participate in the continuous development of the company's processes, systems and infrastructure

You will be based in Gothenburg or Åmål and report to Manager Field Operations.

Extensive international travel is an integral part of the role, working on foreign sites worldwide.

Your profile

You have experience from a similar role and position, proven leadership skills and a track record of worldwide deliveries. You also have a great interest of working with people in an international environment, interacting with stakeholders and creating a productive work environment.

• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience from working at foreign sites and interacting with different cultures
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Team player with a strong drive and a positive attitude
• Committed, self-starting, taking responsibility
• HSE focus – no harm to people, property or the environment
• Good computer and documentation skills
• Fluent in English (oral and written). Additional language skills are considered a plus
