HSE/Quality director - Under tillsättning eller tillsatt, ej sökbar

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality director to join our team and lead the Quality and HSE work of Azelio.

Your position

You will be responsible for establishing an organization to strategically execute Azelios mission of continuous quality improvement and a preventive HSE work. You will develop quality metrics throughout the organization to ensure Azelio is achieving its goals and provide strategic direction and leadership for a fast-growing organisation.

The Quality team of Azelio works with

• Implementing ISO 9001/14001
• Setting Azelios quality strategy and goals
• Setting and supporting a standardized way of working with
  • Supplier, Production, Development, Service & Installation quality
  • HSE
  • Quality KPIs together with corresponding line organization
• Claims and quality related requests such as audits. Coordinating between different quality functions
• Internal audits

You will be based in one of our offices in Gothenburg, Uddevalla or Åmål and report directly to the Executive Vice President of Azelio. Domestic and international travel required.

Your profile

You have experience from a Quality Management role, proven leadership skills and a track record as a result driven leader. You have a track record of attracting top talents, building high performing teams, and creating a productive work environment.

An educational background as an MSc or BsC is preferable. Training in ISO 9001/ISO 14000 and Quality management are meritorious

You possess expert abilities to plan, manage and optimize all resources for the advancement of Quality/HSE goals and objectives, as well as broad expertise related to understanding the principles and applications of quality and regulatory compliance.

You are eager to learn and want the opportunity to influence and implement new ideas. You have a deep understanding of working and cooperating cross-functionally in an environment with Supply Chain, Development, Quality and Manufacturing. You are fluent in English and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Additional language skills in Swedish, Arabic, French or Spanish is a plus. You are proficient in MS Office applications.
